Terms Of Service

Premissions

As the artist, I retain all the rights not negotiated and/or paid for. This means I hold the right to upload your commission to my social media profiles (Twitter, FurAffinity, FaceBook and Instagram ) unless requested otherwise.
As the client, you hold the right to use your commission to upload to your personal profile or use as an icon or header with appropriate credit given.Any art used for commercial use must be negotiated.

Process

I do not begin work until the required payment is made.
I will require an image description and or references for your piece before work begins. If the description is changed after work has begun, the client will be charged in addition to the amount of work put into the original product.For every commission, I provide a WIP of your sketch. I do not continue until i've received approval on your sketch, if your unable to approve your sketch after 30 days your commission will be void entirely.The only mandatory WIP I will share directly with clients is the sketch, all other progress will be updated on my trello. At the time I ask for sketch approval, this is your time as the client to ask for any revisions regarding posing and expression. Revisions made after completion due to the fault of the artist (i.e. incorrect markings) is free of charge. Any major revisions will carry a convenience fee.I work on every commission to the best of my abilities and reserve the right to decline alterations that flaw the anatomy, perspective, etc.It is the client's responsibility to provide all information relevant to the product both prior and during the commission process.I am not responsible for false or incomplete information provided by the client.

Payment and Refund Policy

All online transactions are handled by PayPal Invoices. I send an invoice to the client who then approves and sends the requested payment. Any person who does not follow this will have their payments returned.If a commission is not started within 90 days of receiving the initial deposit, a full refund will be provided at the clients request.The cost of a commission varies from piece to piece depending on complexity, media and desired rights.I require full payment in advance for commissions at or under $100. At the customer's request, a down payment may be provided if the commission exceeds $100. Work will begin once i've received half of the required payment. I will not complete your commission until I've received payment in full.If the transaction is cancelled by either party, the client will receive a refund minus the amount for work already completed.I can expedite a commission for an additional fee, depending on the complexity of the image and my current queue.Also please refrain from asking for updates more than once a week.
